Excited!

So I haven't written a blog in quite some time...haha. But praise God it's never too late to write one!! :) I think I will just share a few things that have been on my heart lately! First I just want to say that Third year has been such an amazing experience. I have grown so SO much during my time here!! And when December comes I have a BIG decision to make....But I've handed that over to God because I know that He will direct my steps and He has a perfect plan for me (Jer.29:11)! So I'll keep you posted on that!
I've also really been re-examining some things in my own personal life. Such as what I say and do. And whether I follow through with what I say.Have I been keeping the promises I make? And How I talk to people...not just what I say, but how I say it. As my parents always said as I was growing up: "It's now what you say, but how you say it." And I've really asked God to give me a Heart for People!And it's worked (not that I ever doubted that God would allow me to see people the way He does..it's just exciting to finally REALIZE what it means to have compassion for someone else!!!) Now when I see someone who is angry, mean, or caught up in worldly things I don't look at them and think condemning thought about them, or think better of myself because God loves them just as much as He loves me! And they are my Brother/Sister in Christ, I should want to help them, love them, encourage them, and comfort them! And I try not to jump to conclusions...(I use the word TRY because I am still growing!! ) Rather I look at them and think: "If only they knew how much Jesus loves them!!" And then I am so excited that I get to be used to minister God's love to them!!! Even if it's just through a SMILE or a simple "Hello" because the power of God's love can't be limited!!! :) I've been reading in James a lot the past couple of days and it's really started to open my eyes and my heart for love and patience! AHHHH I'm just so EXCITEDDDDD!
I've also really been getting excited about MUSIC!!!! Of course I've always enjoyed listening to it and singing along, but I'm ready to start WRITING some things! I also really want to take up the Piano! It's such a pretty instrument and I'm excited about the songs that are being dropped into my spirit during my times of Prayer and Worship!! :) So I'll also keep you posted on that!! :)
MAN!! I am just so EXCITED! Praise God, for the Joy of the Lord!! :)
